This website is delivered through Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you access the website, Netlify processes technically necessary connection and log data. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, and the HTTP status.

This processing serves the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a secure and functional online presence.

Netlify may process data in the USA. Netlify refers to its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in Netlify’s privacy statement.

3. Netlify Web Analytics

We use Netlify Web Analytics to evaluate website use statistically. The evaluation is based on the server logs of Netlify’s content delivery network. According to Netlify, it works without client-side tracking code and without cookies. Distinct IP addresses are counted within defined periods to determine unique visits; we receive aggregated statistics only and do not have access to individual IP addresses.

The statistics include page views, frequently visited pages, approximate regions of origin and technical access metrics. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to understand reach and technical use in a data-minimising manner and to improve the website.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, in particular your email address, the content of your message and, where applicable, your name and any other information provided voluntarily. Processing takes place in order to respond to your enquiry.

If your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of business enquiries.

5. Cookies and external services

This website itself does not set cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts, embedded videos, maps, chat services or contact forms. No tracking technology requiring consent is currently integrated.

6. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for its respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. Data from enquiries is deleted once processing has been completed and no contractual or statutory reason requires continued storage. We have limited influence over the retention of technical log data by Netlify; Netlify’s provisions apply in addition.

7. Recipients of data

Personal data is disclosed to service providers only where necessary for hosting, technical delivery or email communication. These providers include Netlify and IONOS. Any further disclosure takes place only where required by law or with your consent.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
